David's superb Euphorbia cylindrifolia var. tuberifera was judged the 'best succulent in the show'. The IHSP says that the variety is perhaps not botanically distinct from var. cylindrifolia (which has a tuber only at the seedling stage). However it certainly makes a more distinguished pot plant! Both varieties come from Madagascar.
