 Grand Auction and Plant Sale

Nether Heyford Village Hall, NN7 3LE,

Saturday 26th April 2008

The Branch will be holding a Grand Auction and Plant Sale and invites you to attend the event, submit or buy plants for sale at a fixed price or auction, and generally enjoy the day out. The event will be similar to the three auctions that Oxford Branch has previously organised. Thanks for their cooperation.

Staging 10.00-12.00 Sale of pre-priced plants from 10am

Auction  starts at 1pm  

Entries to the auction can be emailed to Trev, Hugh and Jack ( trigly@aol.com ) or posted to Diana (Diana Capel 9, Aspen Close, Berrydale, Northampton NN3 5HS). 

Please give

·         Your Name

·         Plant ID

·         Pot size

·         Condition

·         Any other info  

·         and if you wish - A photo (Each file should be clearly named with the plant name and will be resized to 100 pixels high.)

·         and you may set a Reserve price

The Branch Secretary will send out a printed catalogue to everyone who is interested. You should apply to Diana Capel 01604 412550  or email diana.capel@tiscali.co.uk  Entries to be included in the posted auction catalogue will be accepted until 23rd April but could also be entered after this date and on the day of the sale. Late entries will only be accepted to be sold provided there is time. Plants for sale at a fixed price should have double labels (one with your name and the price). All entries will be auctioned in the order they are submitted. Northampton and Milton Keynes Branch of the BCSS will retain 20% commission on all table and auction sales.

You can view the  catalogue  online and we will add to that and the plant gallery from time to time.  

We are sure you will have a great day out! There will be light refreshments at the hall and there are local pubs in the village. See you at Nether Heyford, (it is just off Junction 16 of the M1)
