The Branch will be holding a Grand Auction and
Plant Sale and invites you to attend the event, to submit plants for sale or
auction, and to buy plants (either for sale at a fixed price or auction),
and generally to enjoy a great day out!
Staging
of Auction Plants from 10.00-12.00; viewing from 12:00
(Sales
of plants at fixed prices start at 10:00)
Auction
starts at 1 pm
Entries to the auction can be emailed
to Trev or Hugh (bcssnmk@aol.com) or posted to the
Branch Secretary (Diana Capel, 9 Aspen Close, Berrydale, Northampton NN3
5HS). Please provide the following information for each
entry:

Your Name
·
Plant ID
·
Pot size
·
Condition
·
Any other info
·
A photo (optional - ensure files are clearly marked with the
plant name .)

and you may set a
Reserve price

An Auction Catalogue will be prepared using
the information provided above

The Branch Secretary can send out a
printed copy of the Catalogue to anyone who is
interested; you should contact Diana Capel by phone on 01604 412550, or
email via diana.capel@tiscali.co.uk,
to arrange this.

Entries received after 17th April will not
be included in the posted catalogue, but will still be eligible for entry to
the Auction.

Entries may be accepted on the day of the Auction
provided there is time to process them.

All entries will be auctioned in the order they are submitted.

Plants for sale at a fixed price should have two labels (one
with the plant name, the other with your name and the price).

Northampton and Milton Keynes Branch of the BCSS will retain 20%
commission on all table and auction sales.
There will be light refreshments available
at the Hall and there are local pubs and shops in the village.

online and we will add to this and the plant gallery
regularly
